Every building is turnkey. The kitchen and bathroom are fitted with all the essentials, plumbing and electrics are installed, and flooring, glazing, doors and insulated panels are included. Appliances and furniture are not included, and homes are supplied to a fixed specification. Delivery is included in the price, with VAT charged separately.
